Injured rider McNamara reveals plans to start training ...
By Andrew Dietz 7:42AM 26 JU
SERIOUSLY injured jockey Robbie McNamara has set his sights on starting a training career as he continues his rehabilitation from life-saving surgery following a fall at Wexford in April.

McNamara is receiving physiotherapy at the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Dun Laoighre, five kilometres from Leopardstown racecourse, after the impact of the fall left him with no movement from the waist down.

The 26-year-old, who last Friday got back on a horse for the first time since his accident, plans to leave the facility in September and fulfilling a long-held ambition of becoming a trainer is uppermost

INTERNATIONAL HORSERACING

Your adventure into the World of Global Horseracing

a warm welcome to Nicholas Godfrey (GB) (Racing Post)

Nic brings us news of David's "Bluffer's Guide to Horseracing:"
 Guarantees a serious chuckle."

"PROMISING maximum credibility for minimum effort on an array of subjects from etiquette and wine to fishing and quantum universe, the  Bluffers Guide series has now sold more than five million copies. Now racing is added to this range of pocket -sized primers via a slim volume authored by our very own David Ashforth, who's witty, off -kilter columns where such a staple of the Sporting Life and Racing Post for more than 20 years.

“There could hardly be a more appropriate person for the task, The Bluffer’s Guide style is tailor- made for Ashforth’s mischievous sense of humour, and what emerges is a characteristic mix of iconoclasm and enthusiasm that will be instantly recognisable to fans of the writer’s distinctive style. Both His jobwildly funny and well informed, there is “an” amazing amount of solid fact disguised as frivolous observations” , as the Sunday Telegraph described the series as a whole.

“Over 120 pages, Ashforth casts a wryly cynical eye over various sections of the racing industry, gently poking fun at the sport he so clearly adores.

Take the Clerk Of The Course, for example. “His job is to walk round and on returning to his office, announce that the going is good to soft, which is what he, and most trainers, hoped it would be,” says Ashforth, who delights in pointing out the sport’s most ridiculous facets.

“Like bloodstock auctions. “That’s what they say when they are describing a horse: an ’Oasis Dream’ , a ‘Galileo’ , a ‘Montjeu’, he says. “If Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, appeared at Tattersalls (she probably won’t, they’d say she was a Michael Middleton. “

AN ARTIST IN ACTION WITH RACEHORSES
IN PRACTICE AND IN THEORY.
CH4 HORSERACING TEAM
A VITAL RACING RIGHT EQUUS BALANCING ACT IN PRACTICE ZONE
Something that British political, legal, racecourse and horseracing government don't bother about.
Key for all horsemen, racegoer's and punters' particularly to pick up on, and before punters place a bet. The True Racing Right Equus Zone Rules? Where are they? The licensed trainers and jockey's don't know. So how are they to be expected to compete in a race? Everyone has an absolute right to know and understand what these TRUE BLOODHORSE LITERATE HORSERACING RULES ARE ESPECIALLY JOCKEYS AND PUNTERS. In all sport there are the true rules set out for each sport worldwide, wherever played, no matter in what country they remain the same. Bar horseracing, a massive government oversight.
Just the same as absolutely key for a Racing Right Equus Medication Zone. Where is it? These governments don't even bother to have a true Medication Zone. Instead they use harsh punishments to warn trainers off for life, taking their licences and livelyhood off them libelling and perjuring them names as crooks. British government only interested in the money they can take out of horseracing. No matter if earned by other people.

RACING RIGHT EQUUS ZONE - DEFINED :
TO STOP 7 DECADES OF GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL THEFT AND CORRUPTION.
British Government Betting Right Zone
British Government Equus Racing Right Zone
Calling for government to act over Racecourses who Rip- Off Trainer's and their Team- Handler - Riders
when working on racecourses every day. These true horsemen and true horsewomen need to be properly paid by racecourses when working to present the racehorses to the public on racedays, £200.00 pounds an hour..  Without whom there would not be any horseracing.  Bloodhorse literacy needs to be truly recognised and properly paid for. All  Bloodhorse Literate Achievements have a true purpose. To provide a True Career Handler-Rider Zone with pay to match expertize in and out of the saddle. Racecourses to pay all licensed handler-rider-trainer and trainer-team members who work on their racecourses every day , all  those who care for, and travel with the racehorses every day travelling  the racehorses to and from racecourses, all those who provide and present horseracing to the public each and every day.
